About us

SeeMyBeach.com was Founded in 2009 by Ric Eddins who wanted to create a project that would reside equally in the “real” and “virtual” worlds. The concept in the beginning was to create videos and photos of our beach in Destin as well as to allow others to create their own content of their beach and submit it to our galleries. We decided from the beginning what would set us apart from the standard websites of the day would be our community support side. We vowed that we would be funded by “National Advertisers” which would allow us to dedicate 70% of the money we made in our communities to Charity and Community Support. Since 2009 we have donated services and our time to communities and non-profits. Services range from creating videos of city parks to covering events for non-profits. We are very proud that our Host of KidZone, then 14 year old Izabella Hernandez was inspired to ask Ric to help her “Found” HelpEndAllLitter.org after her experience with our giving policy. Ric and Izabella Co-Founded the Organization and now have more than 3,900 children cleaning “Some litter…somewhere…every day for the rest of their lives”.  We are excited to continue our mission as we are entering 2024 and our future is brighter than ever.
